Additionally, plans include constructing a new "Innovation Center" that will house administrative offices and champion lifelong learning initiatives. Crucial renovations to the high school's tower building are also earmarked to ensure its structural integrity remains intact. Importantly, these developments come without increasing the current tax levy rate, thanks to rising property values since 2018.
