Twelve Securis Identified as the Seller of the Acquired Portfolio
Further details revealed that the seasoned life insurance-linked securities portfolio acquired by HSCM for its HS Sawmill LP fund originated from ILS manager Twelve Securis. These assets constituted a portion of the legacy life ILS holdings previously managed by Securis.
Antonio Pombeiro's Integration into HSCM Bermuda's Life Investment Operations
Effective this month, Antonio Pombeiro, formerly a life ILS portfolio management specialist at Twelve Securis, will be joining HSCM Bermuda. This move is expected to contribute substantially to the ongoing growth and expansion of HSCM's life insurance-linked investment division.

Extensive Background in Life ILS Origination and Portfolio Management
Before his time at Twelve Securis, Pombeiro dedicated seven years to Securis. His responsibilities included the origination and structuring of life insurance-linked securities (ILS) investment opportunities. He advanced to the role of life portfolio manager in 2023 and relocated to Bermuda for the firm in 2024.
Previous Experience in Investment Banking and Insurance
Earlier in his professional journey, Pombeiro spent over four years with the investment banking division of Nomura, specifically within their insurance solutions group. His career also includes experience with EY and the insurance giant Allianz.
